Our portfolio includes blocks, boards or mattresses, as well as simple blanks, and very complex patterns delivered in bulk packages or packed into product-specific ready-made assemblies.
We keep a wide range of polyurethane foams from top manufacturers from Poland and Europe – from Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, England, Italy, Lithuania, Hungary, Czech Republic or Slovakia.
The foams we offer hold a valid OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate. We supply flame-retardant foams with the California 117 certificate, which satisfy the requirements of the British BS 5852 standard, the FMVSS 302/ISO 3795 automotive industry standard or the railway industry standard.
In addition to raw material cutting and machining, we also offer the execution of even the most complex elements fused using water- or solvent-based adhesive with springs, non-woven fabrics, plywood shapes or Velcro, in the form of, e.g., seats, backrests, headrests or other prefabricated components. We are able to tight-wrap the components in foil to protect against soiling or wetting during transport, as well as to label the products with basic product information and a 2D or QR code.
We are flexible and strive to satisfy the stringent requirements and expectations of our customers. We approach each order individually, mutually looking for optimal solutions. Our extensive design department enables broad cooperation in terms of developing the required components. We offer professional and specialised support from the project stage to the final implementation stage, both in relation to selecting an appropriate raw material and technology, and to documentation development. Our know-how and expertise allow us to employ non-standard solutions and cooperate in order to find savings, highest quality or best comfort. We can suggest, which foam or foam combination is the best choice to satisfy the expectations of a given customer or make this model a more affordable, without detriment to its durability or comfort. We primarily supply upholstered furniture factories, but our products can also be found in the automotive, yachting, medical industries or in playgrounds.
